This lower ground floor project in London, W2 was a great opportunity to show our skills at designing
a beautiful apartment within a very tight budget.

TFU Design were asked to review the original tender document, in order to reduce costs, yet raise
the overall specification of the finished project.

A practical living space was achieved by looking at all areas and revising the initial scheme.

Working closely with the client, estate agent, architect and the contractors, TFU Design were able
to highlight areas where significant cost savings could be made in the supply of the products.

Our creative team were responsible for the design of the kitchens and bathrooms, as well as coordinating
the overall look to create a stunning modern apartment.

In order to market the property to its greatest potential, our design team furnished and dressed the
apartment ready for prospective tenants.
