Case Study 1

This refurbishment project in central London comprised of six apartments within a grade II listed building.

The TFU Design team worked closely alongside the client, the estate agents, the architects and the
contractors on this project. The challenge was to create high end contemporary apartments whilst remaining
true to the spirit and character of the building.

The studio flat pictured required us to cleverly use the space available, maximising the feeling of
volume and light throughout the apartment; whilst making it a comfortable place in which to live.

TFU Design specified, designed & supplied all the kitchens and bathrooms, along with supplying all
visible interior products – ranging from flooring to lighting.

The furniture, fixtures and fittings specified for this project were chosen to satisfy the demands of a
rental apartment, whilst simultaneously appealing to the high end market.
